What house is complete or web page for that matter without the prescence of pets. We have five, four cats and a dog.


Our oldest cat is Shoes she is 10 years old, she is pictured with our old cat Socks who we lost a few years ago.

Shoe and my other cats dislike each other or should I say she doesn't like them. She is very aloof, very cat like, she only wants attention when she wants it and you best leave her alone otherwise.

We have had Shoe since birth, her mother was a cat my Dad had given me. My son named Shoe, since he thought it went well with Socks.

Shoe loves my youngest daughter, she insists that Ashley pay attention to her by batting her on her head with her paw.

Shoe is my mighty huntress always bringing me offerings of mice, bats, birds, or whatever else she can catch. She gets very offended when I set free the birds.



Glovy, he is my baby, Lynn gave him to me one Christmas about 6 years ago I'd begged and begged for him, but Lynn kept saying "We have two cats that's enough." He had other plans, figured that would be a perfect Christmas present and it was.

My son also named Glovy, naturally because it went with Socks and Shoe I threw out the underwear idea *smile*.

Glovy loves to be petted, roughed up and anything else you can do to him, just don't pick him up. He isn't a lap cat at all much to my dismay. He loves to sleep with us and purr and give us kitty kisses when we don't want him to, typical cat right, he also hunts, but he brings the bats to the bedroom still alive, ugh, many a bat has been chased out of our room late at night.

Lynn always says that he sometimes wishes he was a cat so I'd pay more attention to him..but he isn't soft and furry, *smile*.



Next is Kitsy, she is spoiled absolutely rotten. I wasn't ever going to get another cat but Kitsy knew how to get me. My daughter's friend's cat had a litter of kittens and naturally Ashley had to bring them over for me to see. One little tiny kitten laid in my lap and gave me kitty kisses. Well, that was that, I had to have her.

Kitsy is quite a character. When I got her she wasn't any bigger than the palm of my hand. We have spoiled her rotten and she loves only us, she hates stangers, in fact she will bite you if you try to pet her, but she does need to check you out and taste you first.

At first Glovy totally disliked her, but now they are pals, she cleans him, he cleans her back and they play like crazy



Flit is the baby of the family, she came to us by way of my grandaughter, it's her cat. When her Mom and her moved in with us, they brought Flit with them and now she is here to stay.

Flit has a very different personality, she love Ashley and that's it, she tolerates the rest of us barely. She loves to torture Kitsy, they run around the house like wild cats beating each other up. She definitely looks like a Halloween cat with her green eyes and being almost totally black.

We have come to love her just as much as all the others.



Jasmine is our only dog amongst all these cats so it's only natural that she thinks she is a cat...(we avoid telling her she is a dog).

Jasmine is a Pomeranian Cockapoo mix, she is 5 years old and is partially blind from being hit by a car, but she does very well. She is very good dog, for a small dog, she never bites or snaps, and let me tell you she sometimes has reason when the girls decide it's time for her to play baby and dress up.

She hates it when the girls go to school, but she sure knows when it's 3:00, she is downstairs looking out the window waiting for them.
